That's why it's so important we have a diverse team of volunteers that represents the communities we support.
Everyone is welcome at Cambridge Recovery Service. As a volunteer you will be treated with respect and accepted for who you are.

We'd love to hear from you
We want as many people as possible to be able to volunteer, whether you’re also working full time, are studying, or retired. Most of our volunteering roles have flexible hours, so you can volunteer in a way that fits around the time you can give.

“I had always wanted to work with people, but due to the challenges I had faced I never thought I would be able to. I felt like I had ruined any chance of being able to be a professional in the health and social care sector.
Due to volunteering with Cambridgeshire Recovery Service I was able to apply for a role as a peer support worker in mental health, a role I never thought I would get… but I did”.
